WHO WE ARE
Kaaron Grant is the proprietor of X-ceptional Health and Fitness, established in January 2021. He received his certification as an Elite Trainer, Nutritionist, and Glute Specialist from the International Sports and Sciences Association (ISSA), equipping him with the necessary knowledge and expertise to aid clients in realizing their fitness objectives.
Having been raised in a fitness-oriented and athletic family, Kaaron developed a strong appreciation for health and wellness at a young age. This appreciation has since evolved into a passion, as he recognizes the profound impact a healthy lifestyle can have on one’s overall well-being.
In his role as a fitness coach, Kaaron is committed to providing individualized attention to each of his clients, ensuring that their specific needs are met and that they are fully satisfied with the results of their fitness journey. He is driven by a desire to help others achieve their goals and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Mrs. Trinidad and Tobago 2022
Mrs. Precious Piper-Derrick dedicated five (5) days per week to physically train for the Mrs. World Pageant 2022.
Three (3) of those days, she engaged in weight training. This comprised of full body workouts using weights such as barbells, dumbbells and weight machines. Weight training helped to increase her strength, tone her muscles and give an overall improved physique.
The remaining two (2) days were used to perform cardio sessions. These sessions consisted of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which incorporated the use of battle ropes, tyres and many more equipment. Mrs. Piper-Derrick engaged in numerous HIIT workouts because it has proven to burn calories at a faster rate than moderate-intensity exercises such as jogging. HIIT is an efficient way to spend less time in the gym and it is easy to fit into robust schedules.
We have our Gold Medalist for the International Open Beach Wrestling Championships that was held in Barbados, Mr. Che’don Grant!
Che’don Grant has climbed the ladder to become one of the first persons in history to bring home gold for Trinidad and Tobago in this type of tournament.
X-Ceptional Health and Fitness enjoyed the pleasure of helping him work on his strength and conditioning as he was motivated and geared towards the goal he wished to accomplish.
X-Ceptional Health and Fitness helped him only in these areas of strength and conditioning through a few of the professional classes such as fitness training, strength training, gym and CrossFit.

Best decision I’ve made in a long while.
There were so many physical tasks I was unable to do before joining Xceptional Fitness.
Living in an all female household you need to have that level of physical strength to do those ‘manly’ tasks. Struggled to lift my gas tank before but now I do it with ease. Moving furniture is no longer a problem. Couldn’t do one push-up when I started with Kaaron but now I’m doing at least ten and working to increase that number each week.
