Mrs. Piper-Derrick’s diet consisted of low carbohydrates and high protein meals. These include lean meats such as chicken breast, fish, eggs, leafy green vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli, nuts and seeds. She also consumed at least 2.7 L of water daily. Low-carb, high protein diets result in weight loss and an improved healthier body.

Three months ago, Mr. Stevon Thomas engaged in our services seeking assistance in achieving enhanced muscle definition, specifically in his chest region, prior to carnival. Three months later, these are the results. While this is not his final physique, he is quite pleased with his progress to date.

We have our Gold Medalist for the International Open Beach Wrestling Championships that was held in Barbados, Mr. Che’don Grant! Che’don Grant has climbed the ladder to become one of the first persons in history to bring home gold for Trinidad and Tobago in this type of tournament.

X-Ceptional Health and Fitness enjoyed the pleasure of helping him work on his strength and conditioning as he was motivated and geared towards the goal he wished to accomplish. X-Ceptional Health and Fitness helped him only in these areas of strength and conditioning through a few of the professional classes such as fitness training, strength training, gym and CrossFit.

X-ceptional Health and Fitness ensures that his technique and form is on point when performing reps on the Leg Press Machine.

 

Sled Push Exercise

Hard At Work

This is a strength and conditioning exercise that targets the upper and lower body. He performs it by pushing the sled across the gym floor. This exercise is performed by placing the hands on the handles of the sled and pushing it forward, using the legs and upper body to generate force. This movement works the legs, chest, shoulders, triceps, and core as the individual pushes the sled forward. It also engages the legs and glutes resulting in giving the legs power.

 As with any exercise, proper form and technique should be used to secure safety and maximize the benefits, therefore, X-ceptional Health and Fitness ensures that his technique and form are on point when performing these sled pushes.

 

Bulgarian Split Squats

X-Ceptional Form

This is the Bulgarian Split Squat which is a great exercise for strengthening and toning the legs and glutes. This unilateral movement challenges each leg individually, helping to identify and correct any imbalances. The elevated back foot adds an extra stretch to the hip flexors and quadriceps, while also engaging the glutes and hamstrings. The movement requires good balance and stability, making it a great way to improve overall lower body control and stability.
